AFTR:HRS is the brand new deep house imprint curated by Tiësto. Tiësto announced the launch through his socials, with the first release being BLR’s “Nungwi”. “I started my new label, AFTR:HRS, to give a home to this kind of music. I’ve been doing a lot of deep house remixes lately since I really enjoy producing those. This mix compilation is what I like to hear when I want to relax after I come back from a party.”
AFTR:HRS is devoted to the increasingly popular dance music sub-genre dubbed deep house. Tiësto explained the reasoning behind launching the sub-label in a press release: “I have always loved playing deep house and more mellow tracks in my radio show and my live shows,” the famous DJ/producer noted. “But I also love to listen to it when I drive or go out late nights or early mornings.”
