TooManyLeftHands
It was a story that started 6 years ago, when TooManyLeftHands first release was chosen as Ibiza Anthem Of the Year by legendary Balearic broadcaster Ibiza Global Radio. Named after the Danish saying about having only left hands (the equivalent of being all thumbs), the duo freely admit it first came up in reference to their patchy beginnings doing live shows together – live shows that they have since absolutely perfected, to the delight of tens of thousands who have been lucky enough to catch them. With a swollen international tour diary, that in the last two years alone took in over 250 club and festival gigs in 22 countries, the TooManyLeftHands sound is growing – and fast. From performing mainstage shows at Scandinavias biggest electronic festival Summerburst, at both their Stockholm and Goteborg sites in Sweden, to a closing set on the mainstage of legendary Smuk Festival in Denmark, to a main-room show at the worlds biggest nightclub, Privilege, the pair͛s influence now spreads from massive followings in their home country of Denmark out to neighbouring countries Sweden, Norway and Germany. Their rise has not gone unnoticed. Numerous prized gongs have found their way back to the TooManyLeftHands studio, including DJ of the Year͛ at the Danish DJ Awards and The Danish Club Awards, and a Danish Music Award – the country’s equivalent of a GRAMMY – for Club Act of the Year. Topping it all off in cold, hard, very impressive stats, the duo received a gold certificate for their track Too Young To Die and have generated a total of over 45,000,000 streams on the Spotify platform alone.
