ZenLily is a vocalist, electronic music producer and DJ, weaving a unique blend of ethereal vocals with lush progressive house vibes.
She finds her inspiration through listening to the subtle whispers of nature’s rhythms, and a deep internal listening to her own rhythms.
Music has taken her on many journeys, from her home town of Boulder, Colorado, to Vienna Austria where she studied opera, to New York city where she sang briefly as a professional opera singer, and back to Denver. The rigidity of opera never allowed her enough creative freedom. But through the rigorous training and expectation of perfection, she cultivated her voice.
Now she works with Canadian progressive house and techno legend. Tim Penner, to develop her skills as an electronic music producer and DJ. It is in the honing of this craft that she finds her true freedom of expression.
It is her hope that her music can be experienced as an activation to return to primal states of being in harmony with the earth.
