Kygo & Sandro Cavazza release ‘Happy Now’

Everyone who loves Kygo knows the Norwegian tropical dance-pop star loved Avicii; the Swedish legend inspired Kygo to pick up electronic production. Avicii's sudden suicide in April of this year moved the world globally. Hence, there have been a few musical homages made in his honor. Today, Kygo & Sandro Cavazza reveal in full their collabo-single “Happy Now” with Avicii's friend and frequent collaborator on “Without You” that feels like something special on its own.

The pair premiered “Happy Now” live for fans at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in September. It's a rather song with classic Kygo sounds and a lyrical message of loss.

The clip Kygo recently shared to socials in promotion of the song's release is moody for sure.

We find Kygo lying on his bed; looking up at the ceiling, a calm image interrupted by spasmic images that imply an emotional volatility beneath the surface.

Following “Born To Be Yours” together with the American rock group Imagine Dragons and “Remind Me To Forget” feat.  on Ultra Music, the Norwegian DJ/producer Kygo manages to keep the scepter of the king of tropical house.

‘Happy Now' ft. @sandrocavazza is out everywhere now!! So excited to finally share this one with you guys. Might be one of my favorite songs I've ever done! Hope you guys like it as well❤️https://t.co/XrrAAQYDET pic.twitter.com/NAlURgEwJD
