Raised in New Jersey and cutting his teeth at some of the hottest clubs in NYC, Junior Sanchez has meticulously perfected his craft to become one of the most in demand DJs in the music industry. His relentless work ethic and innovative, forward-thinking style has attracted attention from some major players including Madonna, Gorrilaz, Katie Perry and daft punk. After launching his own imprint Cube Recordings, he went on to remix a spread of iconic artists like Moby, Frankie Knuckles, Sven Vath and Louie Vega.
His career to date boasts releases on Strictly Rhythm, Yoshitoshi, Relief, Defected and Kerri Chandler's Mad Tech Records to name a few. He now makes an impression on Liverpool imprint, Yousef's Circus with a superb double sided record.
Two-track “Stronger EP” features productions that showcase Junior's well-loved sound that has gained him respect from so many of the industry's top house producers. The lively disco-infused house track “Strong Enough” sees Junior's signature drum style and arrangement layered over a funky melody with soulful vocal flourishes throughout; its set to throw any crowd into a myriad of dancing limbs. The second track, “We Found It” has the same edge with super euphoric deep tones, fortified with feeling. Frequenting in the sets of several major DJs on the global festival circuit already this summer, ‘Stronger' is now ready to take even more dancefloors by storm.
