Premiered on We Rave You, Axtone veteran Devi van der Horst, aka NEW_ID, returns to the label, this time bringing with him a new name in the shape of Italian trio, SOVTH, titled “Step Inside“.
Fresh from his ‘Flamingo Nights’ compilation, this is NEW_ID’s latest appearance on Axtone since collaborating with Axwell on Pauls Paris’s long awaited ‘Make Your Mind Up; the undeniable highlight of the Axtone stage at Tomorrowland 2017.
strong>SOVTH is made up of Simone, Gabriele and Salvino, and although fresh to the scene, have already released on the likes of Protocol, Code Red, Mixmash, and Sosumi, with more lined up for future.
Packed with the typical grooves you would expect from Axwell‘s highly esteemed label, ‘Step Inside’ utilises a rumbling hook and iconic vocal to create a series of toe-tapping chords which are sure to leave hips swaying on dancefloors worldwide.
A unique and club-ready floorfiller, NEW_ID & SOVTH’s ‘Step Inside’ is released on 16th February on Axtone Records, and follows the label’s recent #AXT100 release from Tom Staar, which paid homage to fans through a series of photos embedded into the artwork for the release.
