The last time Matt Nash signed a release on Axtone was four years ago with Don Diablo for the mythical ‘Starlight (Could You Be Mine)’. To our delight, Matt Nash returns to Axwell‘s label, this time along with the Italian trio Delayers with the track titled “Run“.
One can feel the influence of Matt Nash on the drop whose style is quite similar to that of ‘Know My Love‘ on Tiesto‘s label Musical Freedom. For the break, we are completely charmed by the melody and the vocal that accompanies the whole piece and makes it addictive. A very beautiful composition for the quartet formed the time of a piece!
Axtone Records revealed “Run” as its next released with a short video on its Facebook page. Played for the first time by Axwell on the Axtone stage at Tomorrowland and the track received support from names like Tiesto, Kryder, Don Diablo, Nicky Romero and more.
The track is the perfect fusion of the groovy and progressive sounds of Matt Nash with the more bass house vibes typically of Delayers’ tune.
All in all, Matt Nash with a smooth approach to the sound he delivers, the house music advocate is in a league of his own, dominating one beat to the next.
‘Run’ by Matt Nash and Delayers will be out on Axwell’s Axtone Records this Friday! Stream/Buy it here.
