Hot off the heels of his Steve Aoki and Kiiara collaboration “Be Somebody,” Dutch star Nicky Romero returns on his own imprint Protocol Recordings with another dance-pop hook, this time along German Deniz Koyu on “Paradise”.
It’s a summery, upbeat synth composition with some extra indie-rock energy. Moreover, they both tapped into popular YouTube cover band Walk Off The Earth’s organic sound to bring it home. The five-piece band’s Sarah Blackwood grabs the mic. She delivers a breezy story of sticking with your friends through thick and thin.
