BAUNS is an undescribed Scandinavian electronic artist who have experienced international recognition from electronic curators such as trap city and far east movement. His first singles have hit over a million plays across platforms. His first track is called “Settle Down”.
BAUNS is a true Scandinavian artist – while the compositions and productions start out in his apartment in Denmark, BAUNS travels to the Scandinavian songwriting–melting pot Stockholm in Sweden to get the right fit for the songwriters and singers including writers from Norway and Finland.
The music is building verses peaking in modern EDM/Future Bass inspired drops with tight synths and hard basslines. BAUNS inspirations for his sound is a mix of Mura Masa's dry organic sound, Flume's soundscape and the pianist Ludovico Einaudis melodic work.
BAUNS says: “My sound is both melodic electronic pop music and hard aggressive trap, and it's in the space between these two worlds that I find myself as a producer.”
BAUNS is signed to The Bank Publishing in Sweden and The Bank Music in Denmark.
