It hasn’t been long since Cristoph released “Feel (ft. Jem Cooke)” after his friend and contemporary Eric Prydz launched the latest Pryda operation, Pryda Presents, establishing a hard hitting sound for the newly established label’s brand. Now he returns with “EPOCH“.
Just after the label’s second release hit the ground from Erick Prydz himself, Cristoph has swiftly returned to make a statement for himself and the new label with a new track.
Played by Eric Prydz during his sets in Ibiza, like “Feel (ft. Jem Cooke)”, the track itself is a banger with big kick compressed, a groovy bassline, a well venerated break with vocal samples that give a superhuman atmosphere and a very Pryda-like build up with a very interesting variation.
Entitled “EPOCH,” it’ll be out December 4th. Today, he posted a 4-minute “preview” of “EPOCH” on his SoundCloud page, and it’s a hard-hitting, acidic ride down the rabbit hole with an impressive amount of character.
