Revealed Recordings presents the special five part ‘Hardwell & Friends EP’
Revealed Recordings label boss Hardwell has rounded by a small group of buddies for a special ‘Hardwell & Friends EP’ in what will be the first volume in a series of forthcoming EP’s from the Dutch electronic titan. Releasing five tracks over five days, with the first coming on July 24th in the shape of ‘We Are Legends’, fans will be treated to a selection of Hardwell collaborations with the bright talents of KAAZE, Jonathan Mendelsohn, Alexander Tidebrink, KURA, Anthony B, Atmozfears, M.BRONX and Maddix.
‘We Are Legends’
The first release in this five part EP comes from the long-awaited release of ‘We Are Legends’ alongside KAAZE. Featuring vocals from the talented singer/songwriter Jonathan Mendelsohn, the track has a grandiose feel that’s distinctively Hardwell’s flavour.
After becoming a highlight in Hardwell’s revered sets, ‘We Are Legends’ brims with epic melody driven content, which gels through the mix alongside refined beats and a festival ready groove. Aligning with KAAZE, who impressed with his remix of ‘Thinking of You’, the track proves that the talents of this young Swedish prodigy are continuing to shine brightly.
With the rest of Hardwell & Friends Vol.1 set to include more diverse offerings from artists including KURA, Atmozfears and Maddix, Hardwell continues to excite with fresh collaborations and forward-thinking club material!
‘We Are One’
Bringing together an abundance of fresh material, Hardwell introduces the next track off his anticipated ‘Hardwell & Friends Vol.1’ with ‘We Are One’ feat. Alexander Tidebrink. Putting forward a classic combination of vocal talent and Hardwell’s production expertise, the track accompanies 4 more red hot tracks on the forthcoming EP.
Having been dropped in many a Hardwell set recently, ‘We Are One’ features matchless vocal work from Alexander Tidebrink, following up with an undeniable groove and prominent progressive edge. Following up from the recent version of ‘We Are One’ which was released solely for the Asian market, this brand-new take on the track alongside Alexander Tidebrink gets ready for a worldwide release and looks set to prove why the tracks one of Hardwell’s biggest ID’s this year!
Police (You Ain’t Ready)
Following up from their collab which shook up dancefloors around the world last year with DJ’s such as Martin Garrix, Blasterjaxx and Bassjackers dropping it in their sets, the pair return with their next release ‘Police (You Ain’t Ready)’ which will launch as part of Hardwell’s upcoming ‘Hardwell & Friends Vol.1’ release.
Adding new aspects to his sound after a raft of Revealed releases so far including ‘Calcutta’ and ‘Bangalore’, ‘Police (You Ain’t Ready)’ showcases a new direction for their collaboration efforts. Building the track around ‘Police’ by the legendary Anthony B, the track fuses classic vocal elements from the track with a Revealed Recordings edge for the dancefloor!
‘All That We Are Living For‘
Signalling the forth addition to the mega collection of sounds in ‘Hardwell & Friends Vol.1’, Hardwell drops ‘All That We Are Living For’ with Atmozfears feat. M.Bronx.
Merging diversified progressive elements with an immixture of Hardstyle driven groove, ‘All That We Are Living For’ is an interblend of styles to create maximum dancefloor impact. Joining forces with Hardwell’s seasoned know-how in the studio, the tracks rich interplay of heavy duty beats and contrasting melodies further demonstrate the assorted soundscapes on offer in ‘Hardwell and Friends Vol.1’.
‘Smash The Beat’
Revealed Recordings staple Maddix brings the heat alongside Hardwell with ‘Smash The Beat’ – closing off the first edition of the ‘Hardwell & Friends EP’ series with a track perfectly engineered for the festival mainstage.
With Maddix having provided the imprint with a batch of some of the imprints inimitable tracks ranging from ‘BANG’, ‘Invictus’ and ‘Shake It’, ‘Smash This Beat’ is a skilled mixture of both his and Hardwell’s prominent styles in the scene.
