To coincide with the release of Felix Jaehn’s latest single ‘Hot2Touch’, Bristol producer Nu Aspect delivers his own remix. Out today via Polydor/Island, his rendition is the third and final remix of Jaehn’s latest hit with vocalist Alex Aiono and producer Hight.
Nu Aspect’s version gives ‘Hot2Touch’ a new dancefloor perspective. The uptempo remix features playful melodies and a bouncy bassline, before an onslaught of synth patterns come into play.
The original of ‘Hot2Touch’ was co-written by British producer Hight, who is currently achieving great success with his latest release on Spinnin’ Records. The summer-infused anthem has achieved 30 million Spotify plays and exhibits both Jaehn’s and Hight’s impeccable production styles combined with Aiono’s effortless vocal prowess, already hitting #1 in the Airplay chart in Jaehn’s native Germany.
Hailing from Bristol, rising house music producer Sam Higgins – better known as Nu Aspect – launched himself into the spotlight with his single, ‘Things I Said’ earlier this year. A solid display of his dynamic production style, the track has reached over 1 million Spotify plays to date. Alongside creating original material, he’s delivered remixes for a wide array of dance music talent, including British producer Elderbrook.
Currently in the midst of his summer touring schedule around Europe, Jaehn is now gearing up for his highly-anticipated return to Tomorrowland later this month. With his Ibiza season currently underway, the German hitmaker will head back to Ushuaia to play at Kygo’s Residency, as well as Amnesia and Hï Ibiza.
