The winter months are at an end, which usually means music takes a brighter more uplifting tone, and not one to disappoint, Staar Traxx deliver on this requirement with the sensationally optimistic, invigorating ‘Sunshine’.
After their latest solo hit on Staar Traxx, ‘Doin My Thing’, Rob & Jack once again team up with head honcho Tom Staar, this time on a collaboration.
In line with the spring release date, Sunshine is almost the epitome of an Ibiza house anthem with a deep, emotive breakdown, accompanied by soft relaxing percussion and soulful vocals building to a climactic piano riff and house beat.
A force to be reckoned with, Rob & Jack are on a winning streak and they know it, as they keep up with their immense success after having released ‘Badgal‘ on Code Red and ‘The Sound‘ on Flamingo Recordings on the past.
Staar Traax adds another great weapon on its arsenal, following our favorite till now “Badlands” by talented Simon Alex and AK9. Although Tom Staar‘s imprint latest release comes from Antoine Clamaran vs. Divolly & Marward, Jude & Frank bringing a fresh sound to the 2003 hit ‘Zumba E’, a rendition which uses the vocal hook sample in masterful fashion, building the record in the breakdown and giving this record a real peak time feel.
