New York singer-songwriter Laura Pergolizzi, 35 -better known as LP- after the unexpected success of her ballad “Lost On You”, for which was awarded a platinum sales plaque in Athens, Greece, it’s time for the 32 years old producer and DJ Consoul Trainin to take over her other track called “Other People”.
Her trembling voice is followed by deep vibes that John Efthimiou knows to handle well. The beautiful remix is signed on Cobalt Music label, where “Lost on You” first caught the ear of Panagiotis Loulourgas -head of international and A&R manager at the Greek record imprint- back in February.
It seems that Cobalt Music turned to the experienced producer -now based in Dubai- in Deep House, Indie and Nu Disco genres in order to achieve another golden track for radio airplays, as other regional remixes have also helped boost growth.
In Russia, for instance, the “Lost on You” Swanky Tunes & Going Deeper Remix has reached No. 12 on the iTunes sales chart, only there slots down from the original.
