Belgian deejay and record producer Felix De Laet, known by his alias Lost Frequencies, is ready to release his anticipated full length debut album “Less Is More“, due out on October 21st via Armada Music. Off his EP, the talented producer reveal ‘What Is Love 2016‘.
The “Are You With Me” hitmaker has delivered his next single “What Is Love 2016” and yes, as you can expect is a lovely dream-house rendition of Trinidadian-German Eurodance artist Haddaway's classic hit with the same name, launched in 1993. The new version is expected to be released along the pre-order of the album this Friday October 7th.
lost frequencies had released an early version of this track as a bootleg about two years ago. But now the talented Felix has re-worked this single and curated the acoustic guitar gentle, adding soulful deep house beats.
The vocals come from a pleasant-sounding male voice, similar to Jaymes Young, which have been optimally matched to the track. Listen to the track below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.
