British DJ and producer Sonny Wharton returns to Size’s sister label, X Records, with new track ‘All Night’.
A well-produced piece of grooving house, the track is driven by jacking hi-hats, a bouncing bassline and the eponymous pitched-down vocal sample. Perfect for darkened dancefloors, ‘All Night’ is an exemplary slice of the kind of beat-driven material that X Records is known for.
A regular artist on Brighton-based Skint Records and with releases on the likes of Size, Toolroom, Spinnin’ and Material, Sonny also runs his own successful label Whartone Records, which recently celebrated its 5th birthday with an album of re-edits by Sonny himself of releases both past and present.
Sonny made his name in the Ibiza club scene and has since received plenty of support from the likes of Carl Cox, Fatboy Slim and Pete Tong, making him a strong addition to the X Records roster.
