Karma Fields Αnnounce ‘New Age | Dark Age’ Deluxe Album

is an audio + visual music project based on the story of an evolving artificial intelligence. The debut album | Dark Age, released on Monstercat, included features from Talib Kweli, Juliette Lewis, Kerli, Monarchy, and CC Sheffield.

The critically acclaimed album is now receiving its Deluxe Edition, which features five never-before-heard records. The additional tracks include classical renditions of New Age | Dark Age staples, including “Build the Cities,” “Scandal,” “For You,” “Skyline,” and “Stickup” with piano deviation. Karma Fields will release the New Age | Dark Age Deluxe Album will be released on Thursday, September 15.

In anticipation for the enhanced album release, Karma Fields presents the visuals for the new, classical versions of “Build the Cities” and “Stickup” and is unveiling the record’s sheet music – a special opportunity for fans to engage within the artificial intelligence world. The sheet music invites fans to play along with both songs, and even to get creative with versions of their own.

Not only is Karma Fields making the sheet music available for all, but the artificial intelligence musician is giving musicians a special opportunity in the form of a contest. Fans can now submit videos of their performances of “Build the Cities” and “Stickup” – the winner will see their video be posted by Monstercat, and receive a signed, #1 first edition vinyl of New Age | Dark Age.

Step 2: Post a video of yourself playing either Stickup (Classical Piano Deviations) [1 person] or Build the Cities (Classical) [2 people] on Facebook or Twitter.

Step 3: Tag Karma Fields and hashtag #NADAClassicals with your submission

Contest closes on November 14, and is open to all.
