OneRepublic teamed up with Norwegian electronic trio Seeb for their new single “Rich Love,” with the collaboration arriving on Mosley Music/interscope records.
The team-up is not between Billboard Hot 100 rookies — OneRepublic has had 12 tracks on the chart (with “Counting Stars” reaching No. 2 in 2014), while Seeb‘s remix of Mike Posner's “I Took A Pill in Ibiza” hit No. 4 last summer. They're also not strangers to each other, either — Seeb remixed the band's Oh My My track “Kids.”
On “Rich Love,” lead singer Ryan Tedder‘s silky voice croons “Cause if we don't find money/ Then what we got honey is just enough/ We got some rich love,” leading into a smooth and energetic tropical drop. OneRepulic dabbling in dance music makes for a summer jam we can get behind!
As Billboard mentions, it wouldn't be surprising if OneRepublic fans see this song performed all over the country this summer, as the group is in the middle of their summer trek with the Honda Civic Tour, featuring Fitz & the Tantrums and James Arthur. Check out the remaining tour dates below.
