While Klahr is about to release his 4-fold “Dreaming Wild” EP on Axtone Records, the Swedish talent took the chance to edit Simon Garcés' new side project under the alias Anckarstrom. The track is titled “Staden“, which means city in Swedish and it's one of the first tunes the Stockholm-based Simon Garcés' produced. Listen to Staden (klahr Edit) below.
“This track means a lot to me and it was one of the first tracks i've actually enjoyed producing and i made it for myself and another person and now i want to share it with everyone, sadly i couldn't finish it 100% because my good old computer died (backup: lesson learned). A lot of people have been asking me about this side project stuff i'm putting out and i think it's right about time now to get it out there”. –Simon
His good native fellow Johannes Klahr gave “Staden” a little touch of his magic and he has been playing it out for a while. As Simon Garcés' mentions, the name Anckarstrom comes from some crazy guy that assassinated a Swedish king 300 years ago at an opera.
