Corey James & Jacob Ross – Migori [CODE RED]

Corey James and Jacob Ross are part of the Code Red family since the start of the label and community. Actually, the track Migori was one of the first tracks signed on Code Red. A hard hitting, but still groovy track that will set any dance floor on fire. Over the past few months Corey and Jacob were working on the details and now it’s done! We’re proud to present Migori, a tune that once again proves the diversity of Code Red and that groovy and hard is a fine combination.

Migori is by far the most international track we released so far: Corey James coming from the UK and Jacob Ross being an Australian living in Spain. The distance between them wasn’t an issue and the collaboration was made completely over the internet. It resulted in a track that label chief Marcus Schössow had to sign, even before Code Red was officially launched.

The subtle piano, building violins, big synth and heavy kick make Migori an absolute banger. Even during its demo phase this one rocked many dance floors already. Not to mention the damage Migori did during the Amsterdam Dance Event. There’s no doubt that this collaboration between Corey James and Jacob Ross will hit hard.

Corey James doesn’t really need an introduction anymore after his releases on Size, Protocol and ZeroThree. We’re just glad to have him aboard since the start of Code Red. The same goes for Jacob Ross, who released a massive track on Patric La Funk’s label. Two amazing talents joining forces and making a true banger. Migori hits harder than what you might expect from us, but then again, at Code Red we don’t limit ourselves to one genre, sound or style. Are you ready for our tenth release? We definitely are, so check out Migori by Corey James & Jacob Ross!
