Dropgun – Together As One [Flamingo]

Premiered by Oliver Heldens on Heldeep Radio this tune from Russian duo Dropgun is something different than you would expect, as they’re getting rid of the hard electro stamp with ‘Together As One‘.

Hailing from the bitter cold of Siberia, Mike Martinov and Ilyas Kozhahanov duo brings us one of the most anticipated brands of 2014. The young duo may have only appeared in the spotlight recently but their presence behind the scene existed for a decent amount of time.

Anonymously scoring the #1 spot of the Beatport Sounds charts multiple times with their unique sample packs eventually brought the gang confidence to unveil themselves.

Next to an awesome steal drum, its strong tropical melody makes us long for the summer!

Florence + The Machine – Delilah (Galantis Remix) [Island]

While Galantis‘ originals are usually left for remixing by the industry’s best and brightest talents, the pair’s latest contribution to the electronic music release circuit is a re-invention of their own.

Nero – Into The Night (Official Video) [MTA]

Nero have a knack for curating one-of-a-kind video content. Their new music video for “Into the Night” from BETWEEN II WORLDS album takes us back into their dystopian, cyberpunk world, only this time with an animated spin.

The vocal heavy single, featuring a rare duet from Nero, provides the soundtrack for an action-laden adventure with a heavy nod to classic Japanese anime series like Ghost in the Shell and Akira.

The trio even make a cameo one third of the way through, rocking the virtual stage in animated form. The video was directed by Markus Lundqvist and Dan Stephens (one half of the production side of Nero) with animation by Red Knuckles.

Nero said of the video: “It’s been a dream of ours to commission an animated official video for one of our singles. We’re very proud of this one.”

Still Young, Simon de Jano & Madwill – Temptation [Size]

Steve Angello’s hugely respected Size Records latest release comes in the form of a killer collaboration – ‘Temptation’ is the work of Still Young, an elusive duo taken under the wing of label boss Steve Angello and the force behind several high profile collaborations, alongside Italian producers Simon de Jano and Madwill.

First played by Steve Angello in his headline sets throughout the summer at major worldwide festivals, this hotly anticipated track is set to be released on 11th December.

Utilising an instantly recognisable sample from Love Sensation by Loleatta Hollaway, dramatic accelerating drums and a driving bassline make for an attention-grabbing intro to the track.

Warm piano chords combined with the vocals in the breakdown add some depth and soul to the track, combining with drums, bass and a catchy synth melody for a climactic ending. Release date: 11th December 2015
