Power House pioneer Styline has teamed up with Groove Mobb leaders NXNY to bring some serious tribal grooves to the masses via TurnItUp Muzik. Styline and NXNY have each been enjoying breakthrough years in 2017.

Individually they've released on many of the top labels in the groove/ funky house scene including Whore House, Flamingo, PornoStar, Sosumi, and Black Lizard, and now they've taken things to another level with their collaboration “Turn It Up.”
Kept under wraps until December 1st, the guys have perfectly molded their styles into a true party starter track. Despite being a regular in NXNY's iTunes and Rekordbox for well over a year it wasn't until earlier this fall that the collaboration began to take shape after ADE.
As Styline describes: “Heading into ADE I really wanted to prepare something special for the groove events I was playing and I came in with a first ID version of “Turn It Up.”
It was at NXNY's Groove Mobb event where I was really exposed to the tribal groove house sound as well as Mario and Xavier's energy, and it felt natural to see if the guys wanted to work on the track together.”
“Turn It Up” represented a cool experiment for Styline, as the track shifted the focus slightly away from his bassline dominant Power House sound and more onto the percussion and drum work.
With that in mind NXNY jumped on board knowing they could find a perfect match between their sound and Styline's, as they describe: “Adding our signature style to the track was only natural to give it that much more of a climatic feeling for the dancefloors. You've got that nasty, filthy bassline with some sexy tribal drums and the second drop is just full of rhythm, groove, and house-y vibes.”
Taken in combination with a super engaging, interactive breakdown “Turn It Up” is sure to have people in a frenzy on the dancefloor this winter. The early returns from DJs have been outstanding as well with Kryder, nicky romero, and SICK INDIVIDUALS all supporting the track prior to release.
Styline & NXNY – “Turn It Up” will be released on TurnItUp Muzik on Friday, December 15th.
