The Funk & Soul Weekender announces full lineup inc. Gilles Peterson, Soul II Soul (live) + more

Soundcrash are excited to finally announce the full lineup to the amazing Funk & Soul Weekender. After a sellout first year, they are back this May with an unmissable programme of funk and soul artists past and present.

Combining a true love for all things Funk & Soul orientated, they return with their roots firmly placed in big brass sounds, hip hop beats and future soul. Mixing tropical, afro-beat & world performances with disco and all things in between. 2017 promises to be the perfect weekend, blending good times with unmissable talent across the 3 days weekend.

If that wasn’t enough, they look to create one of the most immersive projects ever as they build on the activities from last year. Feel good this year with more than just music, as they present a plethora of activities, games & exercise such as:

Echoes Disco Yoga / Northern Soul Dance classes / Glitter / Groovy Hula classes & shows Funkadelic Block parties / Tropical Pool parties / Nightspot Cinema / Secret Activities & loads more!

Not only are they developing the musical and festival experience, they are also proudly working alongside Mind, Lovespecs & Support Act charities in a bid to push feel good values as far as possible, creating more awareness and opportunities for the projects which need it most.
